It was first edited electronically as a monthly column at Athena in December 1995 by Klaus Dieter Schönfeldt and Thorsten Scheerer without asking me. Then Rudolf Schindler downloaded it from the Athena website and republished it at his own site at Freiburg. After that he informed me about doing so. I finally accepted that text as a published version although it was primarily intended only as a first draft for internal discussion.
